Hals Mikrobageri has moved to Midtergade 22 in Hals

Hals Mikrobageri is a small artisan bakery where we craft bread and pastries from scratch using high-quality ingredients, traditional methods, and long-fermented sourdough — always baked in small batches with great care and attention to detail.

You’ll now find us at Midtergade 22 in Hals, where we are also opening a café. Here, you can enjoy our freshly baked bread with a good cup of coffee in cozy surroundings — or take it with you as a delicious to-go option.

We bake everything from crusty sourdough rolls and seed-packed buns to classic rye bread and seasonal favorites — always fresh and focused on quality and taste.

We are open on selected days.
